We are looking for a salesperson to join our business team and take care of the first part of the sales funnel – pitch our services on an everyday basis. Do whatever is necessary to help us reach our monthly targets which are essential for a bootstrapped startup like ours.
Bakarmax is an award winning comics and animation studio which appeared in Shark Tank season 1 and is currently incubated at IIM Bangalore.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Initiate contact: Come up with suggestions and work with the team to initiate contact with possible clients. Goal is to get into 40 meetings a month, which boils down to taking 6 actions everyday.
Pitching: Once a client shows interest, then to use the internal creative team to come up with ideas, put them together in a presentation and pitch.
Cost proposals: Making cost proposals for clients – quotations etc and sealing the deal by receiving advance and sharing timelines.
Service existing clients: Working as part of the servicing team to take care of existing projects, keeping them on timelines and making sure the work does not exceed sold hours..
Initiative: Showing initiative in other parts of the work including but not limited to – networking, attending events, working on sales tactics, self growth as a sales person, communicating with all stakeholders, sharing the load of monthly targets.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 2-4 years of sales and servicing experience
Creative business: Experience with creative or service business will be a plus – Advertising, production houses, design studios, OTT platforms, Talent management.
