It might seem that I am anti-comic con, but really am not. It gives us, the rare ones who practice the craft in India to get some attention and make good money – what if it is supplemented by merchandise.
If we Indian cartoonists and comic creators can really do something brilliant – well, the place is open for sale.
If the company that organises the convention sees it – Don’t think I’ll be allowed to exhibit at Comic Con India ever again. Great going sumit. Bhukhmari door nahi.
Sour grapes, blah blah, pata nahi. Jo dikha bana diya. Bhool chook leni deni.
Exactly yahi hota hai wahan, 2 sal pehle main 3 bar gaya but chutiyapa dekh ke ab man nahi karta jaane ka, bht sahi banaya Sumit bhai 😀
You should do a mini comic on these observations, and sell it at the Con 😀
Spot on! Most of the stalls were focused on popular culture (None Indian viz. Diamond Comics, Raj Comics …..). I had a great time at the Delhi Comic Con two tears ago where I interacted with the budding illustrators, story writers. This time around I had a tough time searching for the Indian authors and when I did, I felt sorry for them as not many were interested in their work. Sad. Hail Hollywood:(
They are all business centered now, promoting.
It is good until promotion>essence of comic con.
apan bhi cosplay kara, Crime master gogo aur John wick ka but itni bhasad bc!
